Course MaterialsMajorsAt present, the major areas of study offered are: Pastoral Studies, Church Ministries and
Christian Music. Each of these majors is
combined with a Bible Major. These are
four-year, 128 credit-hour courses of study that will give the student a solid
basis for serving the Lord in the local church. FacultyResident independent Baptist missionaries with the necessary academic qualifications for college level instruction will teach all core courses. Special courses for women will be taught by visiting female professors and/or missionaries’ wives holding the necessary academic credentials. Supplemental courses requiring special talents, gifts and abilities will, of necessity, be modular with visiting professors. All professors will have the proper academic qualifications. A registered nurse will provide on-site medical assistance and training. Missionaries who send students to the college are encouraged to help those students earn their way through college as much as possible. Our goal is to be self-supporting (indigenous) as soon as possible. Work scholarships will be available. ClassesClasses will begin on Tuesday morning and run through Friday noon. This will allow students to return to their home church for the weekend. Students will have transportation provided to and from the train stations in Lugoj. It is our desire to encourage students to be faithful to their home churches. For students unable to travel home each week, Christian service opportunities will be provided. Current Majors Offered
Course MaterialsEach course will have a detailed syllabus. Books in the Romanian language, which are suitable, will be used as textbooks. Depending on availability, the books will either be required purchases or required reading in the library. |
